If no payment or contact information, send certified letter from Mauzy ($75 cost paid by member)
If no payment, open file with attorney which includes Debt Validation Notice ($350 cost paid by member)
If no payment,  proceed with lien and notice of default as set forth in the PVRA Collection Policy

    *  Assessments can be distributed on December 1, 2021
    *  Fred Nelson – we currently spend $36,000 annually on landscaping for front gate, medians and the back gate – call this ‘ambiance costs.  This amount is born solely by the Roadway Association and is nearly 8% of our budget and has no benefit to road maintenance.
    *   Is this expense necessary or should it be discontinued?
    *  Should other community revenue gathering entities contribute?
  • Scott Shinner – Update on Roadway Encroachments and corrective progress
  • 2022 Candidates for Roadway’s Board of Directors
    *  two Directors positions expire, and all members are welcome to be candidates for April 2022 Elections.
    *  Application letters with Resume qualifications of all candidates must be submitted to Mauzy Management by January 15, 2022.
